Luxury Branded Hotel and
Residential Condominiums

Portsmouth is planning the acquisition of an existing historic property or, as an alternative, a new building site to accommodate the development of a 150 Luxury Branded Hotel and 40-Unit Luxury Branded Residential Condominium Project.  This planned project will be located in either the historic Amsterdam-Centrum Museum District or the burgeoning internationally recognized Zuidas Financial and Cultural District, and is estimated to cost approximately $500 million.
